OAuth2.0 now available for Push Notifications

Notification Preferences API has been updated to allow you to specify your authentication preference between OAuth2.0 or X-Hook-Token. The API will accept the credentials based on authentication type which will be encrypted to secure provided details.

Diagnostics API response modified to include cached responses

Diagnostics API has been updated to avoid duplicate diagnostics requests between different consumers on the same package for the same service. Test results will be cached for 5 minutes. Default behaviour shall be to provide cached results if available. API has been enhanced to provide an indicator if the diagnostics data is live or cached.
