We've cut TW Ethernet Access quote time and improved visibility of Telstra Wholesale network services available at our customer's address. The Quote API now provides significantly faster results, delivers faster site qualification and deeper information on the GREEN options available. TW Customers can now receive their results in under 50 seconds for Site Enablement Price (SEP) on Ethernet Access, Fibre services. That's a significant improvement from 18 minutes available under the previous service.
In addition for both EA and MLL, a provisional delivery date to indicate when the service can be delivered and facilitates a red review process providing indicative build costs within 48 hrs for sites classified red.
The latest offering is available to our customers from 19th Nov 2021.
The Quote API enables customers to retrieve Price Check and Site Enablement Pricing for:
