We’ve extended our Diagnostics API further to include a new NBN package test made up of both NBN & Telstra stand-alone tests. This will provide a summary of the health of the service and will determine service faults based on error hierarchy. This allows wholesale customers to run a single test that combines several connectivity, drop, and speed tests to determine the next best action. Even though one diagnostic result and message will be provided i.e. a pass or fail, consumers are able to view the entire payload which details the results for every test carried out.
